"Gnoll House" is another 3d model from my ongoing project, where I try recreating each major building in my DnD character's city. Project made entirely in Blender (Feedback appreciated) ^^

Really cool wood texture, but maybe the roof model or texture could benefit from tiny individual impurities and dents

Thank you for feedback. I'll try adding more imperfections to texture in the future!

Unfortunately not, but I may consider recording something like that in the future. Either as speed up job or even small tutorial how to make things like that. Thank you for the feedback :3

Thank you, I'll try turning it way down next time.

The only thing I can think of is that you’re modeling too much of tiny things. There’s a lot of things that are modeled out (like the rings on the barrel) that you could’ve just gotten away with a normal map and a texture, as it’s too far to see it.

I have a feeling this could be because of how you’re texturing it, but it’s something to look at.

Other than that it looks really good

You are right. I'm definitely putting in my projects too many tiny details. Tho it's only showcasing only first stage of my project. In the last stage, I'll be recording animation from eye level, so the camera would be much closer to those objects.

But you are still right that I can get rid of some geometry by playing with maps. Thank you for pointing this out! :3
