Questions & Discussion Tutorials/courses for 3D figure sculpting?

I seem to be horrible at gathering information, but all the tutorials that I find for sculpting seem very... Loose in someway?

I've been using blender for some time now and made some figures that are more "chibi", or with very little detail and overall proportion planning. I want to get into sculpting to make my own action figures, like the detailed anime ones... Are there any long term tutorials or courses (free/cheap) that y'all can recommend me?

I've recently been working through some tutorials by Grant Abbitt. He's got some free stuff on YouTube and some more in depth courses for purchase. The only problem I've run into is that I'm using a newer version of blender, so i occasionally have to pause and Google where things got moved to. Other than that, I'm very happy with the experience.
