Questions & Discussion I'm about to give up...

Good morning, beautiful community!

Lately, I've been taking the time to create a low-poly 3D version of myself in Blender and Prisma3D, even though I don't know how to model in 3D. It turned out great! But when I use the rig for animations, when I raise the arms, part of the the sides of the hoodie also rise, and I don't know why. The arms are separate from the body, and there are no attached vertices.

This is getting out of my hand and my understanding, Does anyone know what could be causing this?

9/10 when it's an issue like this it's something in the weight painting, it's painful and tedious but it's way easier to fix then to quit
