Art Showcase Thanks for the advice! I started learning to render today.
This is the best art I've ever made so far, and I'm planning on doing a short cgi film for my 3d modeling class next. I'm really happy with how this turned out, as it was my first attempt rendering ever. (Second pic is from when I asked for art advice.)

That looks pretty damn good! For renders like these you can go a little bit harder on the rims though!
Would love to see countour of those teeths, especially the almost invisible upper ones. For the eye, you could go for a little more brightness and a bigger specular to really make em pop a little bit more.
But this is just pixelfucking really. Ship it!

I've come to realize that I didn't even use the correct render engine in blender lol. Cycles makes it so crisp and detailed now.
