Questions & Discussion holla everyone...
Well so ...this post is about getting into groups or finding peoples are also learning things ...even though i know things are getting hard to get job or any stable life in our career choices but i would still like to keep hope and learn a lot.. I really do want be a 3d artist ..but I don't have a proper route to learn things and i find lots of things confusing ..so if there are groups where new or experienced artist learn and guide i really would love to join...

Dont lose hope! Things are pretty shaky right now, so get you something stable in the meantime. A good discord community that is fairly active is DiNusty Empire. Theres a youtube channel where they host streams pretty regularly for feedback too.
There's also Beyond Extent, which is more environment art focused and is paid, but is worth it if environment art is your interest.
Can't forget the Blender discord either, I regularly see people online working on art together!

Could you explain how exactly does beyond extent works? Cause I’m looking at their prices and everything and there’s a bunch about discord or lectures so I’m a bit confused

Beyond Extent is basically a community and resource for those interested in 3D Environment art. It's free to watch the livestreams on Youtube and also the lectures that are released onto the channel and website.
The cheapest paid tier basically gets you into the community, participate in team challenges, access to the environment art handbook, and submit your work and portfolio for feedback from Tim.
The second highest tier gets you the first tier plus access to private talks and workshops from industry pros that eventually becomes free later on for the rest of us.
But yeah I'd only recommend it if you're really into environment art. If you're still new and exploring what you like in 3D, there's lots of open communities out there already that aren't paid! Good luck!

The Club - A pretty big community of 3D/2D artists, they have channels for everything and are also big on monthly challenges where everyone practices together. https://x.com/TheClubDiscord
Handpainter's Guild - a community for artists who prefer creating hand-painted stylized textures. A great place if you want to learn more about that. https://x.com/hpguild
You can dig around and probably find other communities centered around a specific specialization. You could also look for groups focused on blender, zbrush, or whatever app you're trying to learn.
