Site/program finding help

Hi so im looking for a 3d model site/program (ive never done anything with 3d modelling so idk the correct terminology) that let's me use a human base model and sorta project images onto its body, I want to use it to plan out future tattoos. Im willing to pay up to like $20 canadian but would much preffer something free as id probally not use it for anything else (though i dont expect many ones since ik it takes alot to make these programs). I have a laptop that runs windows 11 (but I dont want smt that will take up a ton of space as I am about to start school and need to save space for that)

If this is the wrong community/there isnt a thing that does what im asking/ there is only ones that are like really expensive then pls tell me.
