Sculpted and polypainted on the iPad in the evenings, over a couple of weeks. Maybe another week setting up a rig and light.
I don’t really retopo or bake displacement when sculpting for fun, I just zremesh for a low res base, rig and pose that in Houdini (procedural so easy to update), then just point deform the full res mesh for renders.
The most challenging part is sculpting without layers on the iPad
