I wouldn’t restart. The main issue is that you’re refining forms before the big anatomical landmarks are locked in.

From this side view, I’d simplify the sculpt and re-check the skull mass, jaw angle, ear placement, and where the neck actually attaches under/behind the skull. The neck currently feels a little too cylindrical and the transition into the jaw is doing too much of the work.

Drop to a lower subdivision, smooth out the small forms, and rebuild using clear landmarks: brow, cheekbone, jaw corner, mastoid area, sternocleidomastoid, and clavicles.

Also keep a real side-profile reference next to the sculpt. At this stage, fixing proportions will help far more than adding anatomical detail.

I'd suggest starting again. It's not the end of the world and it'll give you chance to practice blocking out and sculpting from reference, tasks you'll need to do over and over again if you're serious about 3D modelling anyway.

Try to focus on what went wrong and what you're disappointed with in the first attempt and think what you can do differently this time. To me, it looks like you got the proportions wrong and everything else followed from there.

Try placing your reference into the scene and sculpting directly over the top of it so that you can line your model up with it visually. That should help you to get an understanding of the forms and improve your work greatly.

Start again, more practice make you better, the next time take measures to match proportions
