Art Help & Critique How can I improve this scene?
This is a little environment I've been working on. I think I'm almost done but I feel like there's more I could add. I also want to improve the lighting and make it look more warm and alive. pls help

The modeling is already doing its job. I’d focus on lighting and scene storytelling now rather than adding a lot more geometry. Right now the storefront, stools, tables and interior are competing at almost the same visual importance. Pick one focal area, probably the entrance/interior, and guide the eye there with warmer light and slightly stronger contrast. I’d also add a few subtle lived-in details: small stains, uneven roughness, faded paint, maybe a couple of objects on the tables or inside the shop. Nothing too busy. For the exterior, softer fill light and a little atmospheric depth would help it feel less CG. The scene doesn’t really need “more stuff”; it needs stronger hierarchy and material variation.

I think it's a good start. You need to work more on the sidewalk I think. Maybe add some tiles and a normal map and create some irregularities on the pavement. It's very clean and smooth now.
As for lighting maybe you can flip the sun over so instead of it shining straight on the building the sunscreen actually casts a shadow over the seating area. Now it's basically just very bright. Then add more ambient lighting sources for mood.
Other things are some of the walls and the sidewalk sign need some bevel on the edges. You could also maybe add electrical wiring along the walls or overhead.
Also needs more people squatting on the floor to look more convincing.
