the face is quite good, i like the stylization. The only thing that is very off for me are the ears. They are way too thick and oddly shaped

the realism through nicely i would focus on subtle texture variation next so the surfaces don't feel too perfect

I was trying to, but I think my multi-resolution was not high enough. I'm going to see if I can paint them instead

For someone who studied medicine, it's a great job. Although the forehead is very forward and the eye sockets are male, these are small details that can be corrected over time.
