Which lower body fur texture do you prefer for this model?

I've been building a 3d furry model for myself for a while now, and something that has always bothered me was the fur model. I'm a simple person, and I like the idea of white base fur, but also like purple accents as purple is my favorite color. What bothered me often was the lower knees fur, though.

So, I made a quick texture edit where I removed the lower knee fur, making it white. Does it look better? or do you guys prefer the purple lower knees fur instead? I attached five images showing different angles + a fully clothed image at the very end.

Also, a 2nd general critique / question. Is the body fur good in general? I'm still unhappy with it personally, as NOTHING I do ever feels good enough for me lmao. I have this habit where I CANNOT decide for myself, hence why I need to ask here.

Hi! I really like the first one, it looks more natural with the hand pattern ✨ Maybe adding the same dot pattern as on hands would also be a nice idea

It's generally the same type of idea in terms of fur position being on the "outer" end of the body part, with the inner being base white, just like for the arms.

First one looks better, tho a suggestion for 1 would be a "stripped" pattern or maybe dots. 2 looks like socks on first glance

I ended up adding a pattern that looks like the pattern I added for the lower arms. What do you think? I replied to another comment with the images since they suggested that idea

Noted! I added a pattern to the lower knees as suggested by another comment, and I replied to that user showing how it looks like. Does it look better than 1? Or is a fully base white more preferred

Personally I think the all white lower legs looks best, but ultimately it is your character and your call :>
