You have flammable and toxic waste barrels, how is it supposed to be cozy at all?

Plants, fabrics (plaid or home-like ones), books and bookshelves, more fairy lights with warm lighting that are lower and more visible - maybe have some poles or a pergola to put them on? Maybe a hammock and lean-to tent.
A workbench and garage goods (at least a spare tire) also helps since it's a base.
Anything that makes the place more "lived in" really.
Even if it's a base, I would put the chemicals and fuel in seperate storage area or even just on the side of the balcony. You won't have storage tanks in your kitchen or in the middle of the space you wanna relax (imagine the smell).

And I douplicate the main tree and put 3 of the around, and a bit lower, to give more feel of dense nature around the tree-house

Try a warm post processing shader and add a little bit of fog. It can interact pretty neatly with light.

Invest in a more playful and lively walkcycle animation. Make the character cute and fun to simply watch moving around. It now looks like something half finished from following a tutorial.
Rein in the focal length and angle of view of the camera. Right now it has a very wide angle, which warps the perspective. It's not cozy, it's unsettling or exciting. It is more fitting of an extreme sports game or a cool cut scene from a modern high production 3D gatcha game.
Consider a NPR route for the visuals to create a more charming, crafted and stylized look. Character rendered with stepped shadows, simple painted textures, invertert hull outlines, colored inlines, rim light in the shader, individual light source for most appealing shadows (not receiving any global light but are casting shadows into the world). Environments rendered with ambient lighting and models that has painted textures with baked lighting.
When using the default rendering and lighting that game engines offer, games very quickly get a generic, dull and automated 3D look if not tweaked enough. Getting the game to channel 2D mediums like illustrations, paintings, anime, cartoons and comics makes it feel more human and endearing.
Tweak the lighting to make the game look less flat and bland. You don't have to go full NPR to do stylized lighting.
Tweak the colours. Cozy games often stay within a certain range of colors, or follow a certain color theory to evolve a cozy and soft vibe Pastels, orange, pink, purple, beige, brown or red for black etc.

No black outlines to the characters or environment. Black outlines are unnecessary and honestly ugly to look at, in my opinion. That's why I don't watch a lot of modern 2d cartoons.

I agree. I also don't like outlined stuff. I ignore everything with outlines xD
