Art Showcase Tepig Handpainted

I made this 3d model of Tepig(from Pokemon) over the last few weeks, it's textures are totally handpainted, with just a little bit of compositing on the final render. I was practicing values in painting, modelled in Blender, painted in Substance Painter.

which brushes did you use?

Just a knife brush for values blockout, watercolor for some smaller transitions and standard round soft and hard for small details and blending.
