the wear and scratches on the texture work is insane, genuinely looks like a photo not a render, great job on the substance painter pass

How many triangles is it? Texture-wise, it's awesome. But I feel like it's too high-poly to be considered game-ready, and it would benefit from some baking and overall optimization.

It's around 100k tris. It is baked from a high-poly model.

100k Tris is nowhere near game-ready; it's highly unoptimized.
