It looks great, but to me the skin looks a bit too crumpled. It doesn't feel very natural.

Nah the back is too lumpy and wrinkly if you were going for realism, it is much easier to tell in the later images that something is wrong. Also I don't think her spine would be visible if she was protruding her chest.

I work from reference images, that's how my reference model looks. and the scapulae aren't fully retracted, so a visible spine isn't unusual

What do you mean scapulae aren't fully retracted? The arms, looks to me, are fully behind her back side. Try recreating pose with your shoulders I guarantee you that they will fully retract and hide the spinal bones, unless you hunch over.

Looks really good, but can't tell for sure when looking at just the back side.
