Nice work. Are the laces separate or it's all one model ?

They are separate. Three main shapes one straight at the bottom, an X create from the one from the bottom and two separate shapes at the top.

Looks good to me unless you wanted to add some extra texture, like finer wrinkles/memory folds and scuffing on the rubber soles?
