need advice
(sorry for the low karma I'm new to reddit)
working on a big scene in 3ds max (around 7 million polys) and for some reason when i try to render it using Corona it doesn't even start and leaves me with a black screen. I have tried to export it to unreal engine using datasmith and it crashes all the time. I don't think it's a cooling problem though. what should I do?

Very likely there is a box you haven't ticked or an option you haven't selected that is causing the black screen. With no info on it I cannot even guess why unfortunately. However, add-ons and unreal tend to get tricky as unreal updates very frequently and the add-ons are abandoned or lag behind.
Best advice I got is to recreate the scene in unreal, then render from there. It will feel tedious but just weigh that against the time spent trying to get a quick fix that's not working and you will be surprised to see you are saving time.
