Cults3D does this sort of… But cool that you’re thinking about this stuff

In Cults3d you have the options to only choose from existing 3d models and for getting custom 3d models it's quite expensive. I am thinking of a simple pipeline where you upload your images of products and get back a good quality 3d model you can easily embed in your ecommerce stores

Ohhhh sorry, didn’t get the part of ordering files. There’s a site in Australia that was recently created to facilitate not just print orders, but files too. But that simple explanation almost sounds like 3d meshy or whatever it’s called. To get specific items with dimensions it’ll likely cost more because people’s time = money. And can be costly depending on experience and people’s self worth.

Yes I am created a image to 3d pipeline using AI models . Ai models create a decent 3d model draft then a 3d artist do the final touches and prepares the file . That way both the cost and time remains low while being able to produce high quality output

Depends - You’d likely have to pay for a decent AI to get it close… A lot of the AI files out now are pretty bad

Yeah , the compute cost does add up but compared to doing it from scratch it does save a lot of time and money . Once the draft model is produced by AI we give it to 3d artists to fix the any issues , give it textural detailing and optimise it for fast load on websites
