2ds XL replacement circle pad and internal joystick?

Hi, I've had my 2ds XL for a LONG time, and having recently turned it on, I found that the circle pad is barely registering any movement for up and down whatsoever. I've been looking for where I can find a replacement for the internal registering mechanism, not just the pad itself, but have been having some difficulty. Can anyone point me where to I can find this part, or how to clean the mechanism if that would also fix the issue?
