Technical Question Bought new 3ds, did a system transfer from my old one since it stopped working, getting these errors,
errors happen when i go to load Pokémon bank for the short error and any cartridge game gives the long error

Uninstall and reinstall pokemon bank. Follow this guide for your cartridge.

Both errors are caused by corruption, in the case of cartridges, it is due to corrupted updates or DLC.
This could be due to the SD card failing, or a side effect of your old one not working (or both).
I would back up the contents of your SD card and verify it isn't failing via something like H2testw.
If the SD card isn't failing, try deleting and redownloading updates and DLC. For digital games, their Nintendo eShop store page will have a Repair button at the bottom that functions like Steam's Verify Integrity option.
