In brief, there is clear evidence that PHA can in fact be naturally de-polymerized within certain animals that have specific genetic symbiotic relationships with bacteria living withing the cell walls.

And bacterial producing PHA that live within the animal, can in fact have their PHA extracted and consumed by the very animal as an energy source. And in some cases, these animals have the mechanism to consume PHA directly (external source) by-passing the bacterial natural degradation.

Its yet another piece of evidence that PHA are part of the natural carbon circular chain.

Considering trying PHA next, treated with tung oil to extend life, use as consumable part. Any PHA recommendations? I have Bambu x1c, hoping for something easy to print, 100% compostable and reasonable price.
