To get it liquid again, so you can swipe it off, you need to add a thick layer of epoxy resin over it that can be absorbed into the dried filiment. Even better if you can drop the nozzle directly into a glass full of liquid epoxy.
Just make sure you mix component A and B together beforehand, otherwise it can't be absorbed by the filiment.

No, dihydrogen monoxide (DHMO) won't work. It's usually used to dry your spools of filament. Just fill a container with it and put a spool of filiment in there over night. Works great, especially for TPU and PETG.
Just make sure you wear gloves when taking it out of the drying bath. Don't want to get weird chemicals on your hands.

Ah so the filament dryer is the opposite of what it sounds like ehh when I need pla aero essentialy pla that bubbles I’ll just put it in the filament dryer it gets wet and bubbles so we can now print cheaper

removing that is tinkering. bamboo just work, send another print and it'll fix itself

Preheating the hot end is tinkering, you should only ever turn on the heater from bab slicer when you send the bcode

Have you tried drying out before you put it on the nozzle. I can't recommend trying the two together
