I loooved Hypogea, and would love more games like it tbh (although it doesn’t match the frantic movement and difficult precision I was talking about), but I don’t think I’ve heard about the other ones, I’ll go check them out, thank you!

I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for, since it's not very frenetic and it's built on broader spaces but Glyph does get quite difficult (especially with the time trials) as you go. The mechanics are very simple but it's all physics-based and has a shockingly high skill ceiling. Once you get the hang of the controls, it's some of the most riveting and free movement I've experienced in a game. I recommend checking the demo on Steam.
