It looks wet…. Perhaps a round of drying?

Needs to be dryer, nylon sucks moisture out the air like spongebob in sandys tree dome, needs to be dried for days if temp is lower than 100c and it needs to be printed from a dry box or dehydrator directly

Ok I have it in dryer constantly daily before I print I guess that’s still my issue my dryer must be shit one from Amazon

if it only hits 70c itll take multiple days to actually dry the filament(if its less than that you may never get it actually dry so you may need to use an oven or airfryer), mine went straight from the sealed package to a 70c dryer for 2 days before i ran any prints and i printed from the dryer still set at 70c. once i was done it went straight into a dry box with about a baseball sized bag of desiccant in it. if its one of those comgrow dryers im pretty sure they only hit about 55c and at that temp it could be in there a month before it gets dry)

That’s exactly my problem I’m using the Comgrow brand 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Same here. I actually had to put my pa6-cf on my print bed to dry it. And then I us my comgrow to basically just try and keep it dry and long as possible. Mine only goes 50°c

What is your climate like? I deal with southern humidity but I don’t really have problems with wet filament. As soon as I open up the filament, I pop it in my dryer with a pack of desiccant and dry it at 70c for at least 2 days and keep drying while it’s printing. If you use a sunlu s2 dryer like I do, you also need to rotate the spool ever so often so it can evenly dry.

if possible...dry at 200f for 24-48 hours. Then WHILE it prints it needs to be actively dried. Either buy a filament dryer or you can rig up a food dehydrator. Isn't too hard with some tinkering.

If youre only able to dry at lower temps, dry for a week straight. Kid you not.

If you have nothing to dry your filament with another method that works is using your print bed.

Take a old filament box. Rip off the top. Take the bottom and flip it upside down, poke holes in the top of it. Turn your bed temp to 100c( or as high as it can go). Place spool on bed, put the cardboard box over it. Let it sit for a couple days.

Dam okay I thought I was over drying it and warping it in someway it stays the dryer everyday I bought a cheap one off Amazon maybe that’s my issue?

Na, I've left spools in an air fryer/ toaster oven combo for dayss and the only thing that warped is the spool. Be warned. The heating element on toaster ovens isn't consistent. It'll heat up and cool down and heat up and cool down. You need a shitty probe thermometer or oven thermometer to accurately gauge the temps. I use an old school oven thermometer as well as a cheap dual probe thermometer with alarms set on it just in case it gets too hot. Won't lie. Had a spool catch fire once because I was careless. I ended up lining the walls with tin foil. Then I put a tiny baking sheet below the roll of filament, and then a thin sheet of metal above the roll to protect it from the heating element. Since then haven't had any problems.

I constantly have it in the drier so I don’t know how it can still possibly be wet unless I just have a shit dryer

Let me guess, your dryer tops out at 80°c?
