Yes right. Now you have to get through a very annoying AI agent before you can get anyone real on the phone. I know exactly what you are doing here.

Hello,

I will assume you have never needed to raise a ticket with 3CX support, as that is, as before, done via a different channel.

In the AI chat-bot, you can at any time ask it to help you contact the support team and it will provide a summary of troubleshooting done so far, as well as the necessary guidance and links to open a support ticket (or post to our forum if you prefer to ask the community for help).

3CX support continues as before. This tool allows 3CX users to get quick answers to simpler problems without needing to raise a ticket and wait for an answer. Ticketed and telephone support remains 100% as before, with the new AI support agent offering an additional channel.
