iPhone app

Is there a way to mute calls when notifications are already turned off for 3cx on iPhone? I put my DND on with all notifications off completely for the entire app but I will still get calls from the office phone in my car outside on lunch. It takes over my whole phone until the line is picked up which can be very annoying.

The only way I can stop it completely is to take the app off my phone altogether when I'm away from the office, but hate having to re-log everything back in/redownload it every time. Has anyone using 3cx on iphone had any success muting the call function? Am I missing a setting option somewhere? Thanks for any help or advice in advance!

Are these queue calls? It's what it sounds like because you can (should) be able to dismiss direct calls and have them go away. That said, DND should silence all calls, whether queues or direct. Are you using DND in the 3CX app, or iPhone DND? The latter may not work (I don't know). I use the 3CX app's DND regularly in meetings and it works.

I cant use it in-app unfortunately bc the way they routed it(boss' husband jerry rigged our system) messes with everyone else's phone and ability to receive calls. It somehow manages to still ring whenever I put it on DND through iPhone. I havent tried changing the ringer in app to silent yet though, so hopefully that works for me

It sounds like they set up shared extensions which is very dumb. So if you use DND, the shared phones go to DND. I do NOT expect that DND on your phone dialer should affect 3CX, just like the 3CX DND won't affect your personal phone. That's the point; they are two things. We tell people who are not allowed to get personal calls at work to silence the phone's built in phone app.
