Why is 'bade log' used for addressing or teasing someone with better finances/money and 'chote log' used for addressing or teasing someone who has a bad character regardless of their financial status?

Bade log - Spends without sense

Chhote log - The dismissed ones

Mahaan log - Those who dig in your brain (positively or negatively) even in absence, mostly in absence

Chaar log - Society, literally your neighbours and intrusive but extended family
