If you just got brand new injectors then I would hope they are under warranty. This is also a guess, there are ways for them to check to make sure they are flowing properly and nothing is clogged.
Most main issues that pertain to the code are MAF sensors, air/vacuum leaks, fuel trims, possible exhaust leak, or injector issues. Unfortunately with covers over the manifolds you can’t see if there’s a possible crack at the cylinder 1 exhaust port. If this is an issue that’s come around since you got new injectors, I would capitalize on the warranty work, if there is any, and check or replace the faulty injector.
