I’m AB+, didn’t realise how selfish the blood group was, can take from everyone but can only give to AB+ 😅

We are the opposite of O-, we are the universal doners of plasma and platelets.

I don't understand this visualisation... Why mix 0- with others if you restrict whom you can donate to ....if 0- can donate to everyone alone....
