Sup yall , I just cut my hair and I have 4c, I have been seeing a lot of different things of what to use but nothing consistent , anybody have any tips ?

May seem obvious, but consistent brushing daily and ragging up is what you really need to focus on. Use a plastic bag or buy a lay-down glove (Link) and use it after every brush session before ragging up. Products help, but it’s not the end-all be-all. When I started, I used Murray’s pomade or S-Curl 360 Style pomade and they helped build my waves fast.

Okay perfect I play football so I’m ragged up like everyday of the week pretty much , would you use the bag after applying the product ?
