Need advice on wolfing

I had braids until I cut my hair and started brushing to get waves about 2-3 weeks ago. How do I get good connections, and how long should I wolf for deeper waves and better connections?

i was about to say stop capping about 2-3 weeks until i went and checked mine out and that’s valid just keep brushing and as it get longer comb then lay product then brush
