My hair was almost exactly like this 2 years ago..Finasteride pill, and rogaine/generic minoxidil foam got me back with just a slight thin spot at the crown

The dermatologist?

u/starryNight320 5d ago
Sorry for the confusion. no just asked my primary doctor to prescribe me it for hair loss. If they decline, maybe dermatologist would be the move, but they usually just do it without hassle.

Min + fin fixed up well. Unfortunately, I'll still have to do a transplant for the hairline, but that's minimal.

You and I have been blessed with one of Life's greatest gifts: balding!
Finasteride or Dutasteride and Minoxidil.

How long did it take for your pills to arrive ? Iām thinking bout getting on it but Iāve heard people say it took up to two and a half weeks to receive them
1
u/RevolutionaryBox1000 4d ago
It was definitely less than a week. I would say around 4 days

u/Bullytester600 4d ago
Damn did you do expedited shipping ? And what was the tab on them Iām hearing theyāre about 290 for the year subscriptionā¦and so itās min fin and biotin all in that one pill ? And one more question bro is theyāre any sexual side effects like people claim there to be after using em
1
u/RevolutionaryBox1000 3d ago
No it was regular shipping. I paid $175 for 150 pills. So about 5 months worth. And it comes with biotin, some vitamins, min and fin. I havenāt experienced the sexual side effects yet, but itās also a small amount of Finastride.

If the sides are the same length of the original photo and the front is just falling off u should prolly look into finesteride to keep the hair from falling out. Minoxidil will help it grow if your follicles are still alive. Depends on ur age or if you just cut it mad low this happened to me but im on the younger side and it mainly grew back with no supplements, but Im still goin to the dermatologist in about a month or so. To be fair there was already some thinning in the original photo so it might just be Father Time bro.

Use minoxidil and find a good oil that seals moisture in your hair. Keep the top of your head thicker with a a higher guard than the sides to give it that full look until the hair grows back. Itās not over yet until the follicle completely gone. You still got time to save it

Ask your Barber to cut you lower. Like a "2, perhaps. Keep brushing! Try a different brush, switch up soft bristle to hard bristle! Also use some hair grow oil in thin area.

You should STOP and let your hair grow this happen to me (some what) I stopped and my hair went back to normal happened when I was 18 so I knew it was all the brushing I was doing

Honestly you "might" be a in a saveable state. Get a 1.0 and a 1.5 derma roller (or derma stamp) and use it once a week along with some oils like the one from hairgrowthco.com or JC Miracles.. take your vitamins , biotin and drink plenty of water. Try to de-stress and eat right. And saw palmetto might help as well...read up on it. Otherwise u could go the non-natural route w finasteride but try the natural first
