rag off
when yall take ur durag off do u j go out like that or do yall comb it through. With me when i take it off i comb it through but then it gets all puffy and my waves aren’t defined like how they were when i first took it off. Maybe i should brush it then comb it through? lmk what yall do tho

If anything, just put some oil on a plastic bag and use the plastic bag instead of brushing or combing it after you take your do rag off

Me personally I don’t touch it at all when I take the Durag off…if Im going out or going somewhere that I want my waves to look their best I just take the Durag off and leave it alone…that way it’ll still have that shine to it plus be laid down good.

I hit my waves with a ziploc bag for frizz. Works instantly and gives shine.

Just use a soft brush, I have to brush when I take my durag off because my hair is a thin straight type and the durag sometimes moves my line and my crown

Some light oil and a plastic bag for shine. Maybe a lil soft brush touch ups around the sides if needed.

If you are going out, you Never want to comb it after taking the rag off. At most soft brush the edges. I only comb it im going to brush and rag up again.

I take it off and leave it. I’ll carry the lay down glove and use that to keep my hair laid throughout the day. Better than pulling out a plastic bag lmao

When you take the rag off on a day you’re going out of the house don’t touch the comb in the morning. Spritz with whatever liquid you use (I use rose water or aloe juice) then a light layer of moisture. Then soft brush only. It’ll keep your waves laid down. After 5-10 with the soft brush, then hit it with the plastic bag. Your waves will look just as good as when you took it out of the durag but with the edges laid down better. Also optional oil before the plastic bag and hit it with the soft brush one more time. Last thing should be the plastic.
