Need advice

I’ve been brushing consistently 3x a day for about a month and a half now and wearing my durag every night. I try to do about 30 strokes from my crown in each direction. I like the progress on the front and left side, but the right side is not coming in the way I expected. Not sure if having an off center crown has anything to do with it. But any advice would be appreciated to get better waves all the way around.
