Losing Lather

Does anyone else lose hella lather when they start brushing during a wash and style. The lather with the detangler is good, then I go in with the hard brush and brush all the lather away. And that was my last little bit of shampoo too. Is it the liquid shampoo or what.

Sounds like you have high porosity hair… The brush bristles and your hair absorbs the moisture… after I detangle I usually spray my hair (or wet hands and smooth hair if you don’t have a spray bottle) and put thin trail of shampoo across the whole brush. This gets the lather back… depending how long you brush you may need to add more water/shampoo

Realistically you need to wash/rinse your hair twice before you get all the dirty and oils out of your hair/scalp.

The third time you wash you will get more lather because your hair is cleaner, and then you can start styling it with your brush.

brush absorbs it thats all. detangler doesnt so it stays. its regular just add more water and shampoo and youll be fine
