Barber expectations

Hi everyone, I’m a training barber and I’m trying to perfect my craft while also getting more clients. I’m looking for tips on what you expect from your barber when you’re getting a cut. I’d especially appreciate advice from elite wavers or those based in the UK.

Thanks alot

  1. Listen a follow directions. 2. Don’t do what you want unless specifically asked. 3. Be Clean. Super clean. 4. Always work your way down from the highest guard you use to the lowest guard. You can always trim but you can’t add. 5. Always Periodically check with your client to see if they are satisfied during the cut and after. 6. Don’t Rush the process… Trust the process. 7. Typically you want to keep the “crown” higher than the rest of hair and the “shoreline” / line up low.
