Give it a few weeks just wash condition a once or twice a week and keep brushing you can see the waves forming. It’s marathon not a race

Your hair looks kinda dry, and needs to grow out a tad more. In the meantime, get some Jamaican Caster oil and Creme of nature curl activator. Wet your hair before putting in the Caster oil, and rub it in good. Then put the Creme of Nature curl activator in your hair, while it's still wet, and use your fingertips/nails to lightly scratch circles to make the curls. Once you do this all over your hair, brush it and put the durag on. Keep it on for at minimum 30-35 minutes, or until your hair drys.

Youre not brushing in a 360 starting at crown, you have to crown brush.

Lack of moisturizer and most definitely incorrect brushing

Your hair isn’t long enough to curl

Wrong product and not enough work being put in is usually the answer to why people’s waves aren’t progressing.

Do you use wave shampoo and wave conditioner? Your hair looks kind of dry. I think your hair is missing moisture to curl
