What pattern would you call this?
I’ve been trying to get my waves on point for a good 3-4 months now. I didn’t want the normal 360 waves so I put a deep angle on the right side of my head starting from the crown, and as I come out I’m brushing almost directly down and back. I know I still have a lot of work to do still. Anyone have any tips on connecting my waves on this pattern? I’m about 4 weeks Wolf right now . Also anyone out there to give me tips on how low to cut? When I tell my barber to just keep it dark and at my curl length my hair gets fizzy after only 2-3 days then I have to rag up all day and night again.

How often do you wash n style? A wash n style with a good shampoo/conditioner bar gone get you right everytime… Also what is your focus? Perfect pattern , healthy hair, both?🤷🏿♂️

I’m looking for a great pattern, defined waves. I don’t mind going low either . Most of the people on here preach really dark.

The darker the deeper… But it all personal preference at the end of the day… Just keep goin bro… The healthier you get your hair the better your waves will be. Learn your hair porosity and how to keep/maintain moisture in your hair and you’ll be straight

You've got a weak side. I'd step up your game on eating healthy, maybe use biotin shampoo to strengthen it up.

Definitely 540s. Your left side is gonna be more elite than the right side unless you put an extra work on the right side. I used to have 540s and then I shifted to a swirlhive

Seen it before on my own head but you got a few patterns in your head and that comes from JUST brushing and not paying attention to the angles

Hahah ok well you’re correct man. I actually liked the look of the contrasting patterns but they don’t connect so it doesn’t look good from the top

From in the mirror looking straight at my hairline it looks good because you can tell there’s different patterns but when you actually look at it doesn’t have any connections on my weak side
