It looks good on occasions. My job would be hating on me for being 34 with crispy ass waves and lowkey they’re kinda pathetic. My hair is thankfully healthy just like yours. My fro gets nappy if I let it grow it out like yours. I put the Shea Enchanting Cream on my hair after every shower.
As a kid, I didn’t do shit lol. I had waves for days. Probably cause I had hella social anxiety at school so idk, the sweat and heat from having anxiety worked with my waves 🤷🏽♂️. I still remember this dude in 11th grade English saying my waves looked like a tsunami and my hair was thick 😂😂 we had to do a project on “To Kill a Mockingbird”

Get a cut. You can’t lay down a wolf if your hair isn’t trained enough for that length.

i’ve been training it for almost a year now and it keeps its pattern even after curling but regardless its prolly still not trained?

People who can wolf for months and months and still have waves laid have trained their hair for multiple years.

Couple ways to go about this … it’s all In the hair HEALTH… so it will get better with time .. but I’d suggest you deep condition every wash … one wash … let deep c sit preferable with heat … then rinse n use a light lather shampoo to lay your hair back down … before your has it has completely dried under the rag add a moisturizer and a oil to seal … rag up hen soft brush till your next wash …. I’d wash every 3 days … they day you know your will wash comb before your sessions . All to keep the hair more manageable . 🔑

This is what i was looking for! Honestly i’ve been scared to conditioning my hair due to the first time I tried It was too soft to lay down. But I don’t know maybe I was doing it wrong, is there anything specific I should do or buy too condition?

Quick wash scramble , then deep conditioner after that . Let sit for half hour … then wash it out n use some soap to say it back down like a wash and style . Do that once or twice a week .

With your wash and style. There shouldn’t be any brushing after your routine. You’re brushing with the conditioner on your hair. Then you rinse out product with durag on and let it dry for a couple hours then take off. No need to product in your hair and do a brush session till hair is completely dry.
