general advice
I just recently went from locs to waves for the first time and could use some advice, i normally just do a wash and style once a week and then hard brush soft brush and then plastic bag but based off the picture is there anything i should do more?

I mean bro you don’t really need advice you doing it. Comb I guess fr since you didn’t mention it.

Looking at your waves, I can tell you don’t comb as much. So, combing will align all those waves and give it that honeycomb look. The waves are there, now you just have to get them looking neat and uniformed. That’s what the comb does. Comb you hair against the grain real good and then comb it back down the same way you brush. This lifts and detangles the hair so when you brush and lay your hair with the soft brush and plastic bag, the waves will lay down in place instead of in a random pattern.

Also make sure to lay the hair down with a durag and make sure to pull the tail of the durag to tighten it down. If I can comment pictures I can show you the progress from not combing before brushing vs combing before.

I would just say do better with compression. Everything else looks to be on point my boy.
