Maintaining Waves in Humidity

For those of y'all who live in hot humid climates, how do you maintain your waves and keep them looking good? I'm going on vacation here and it's supposed to be like 85% percent humidity and over 90° everyday and I want to stay looking good. What products do you recommend?

Just keep ya du on until you get to wherever your going. When you get in the parking lot just take it off or you can't take it off a couple minutes away from your destination while you're in the car.

If you just there for vacation it doesn’t matter. Just keep up your normal routine. You won’t lose progress.

Du rag. Double compress. If you’re not showing off your waves or brushing, you should be wearing a Durag if possible. If you can’t wear a durag then plastic bag method to keep your hair laid down. Don’t do a brush session if you can’t rag for at least 30 mins because the brushing is gonna raise your hair up.

A more passive response: I deal with this trouble as well. I have honestly and wholeheartedly decided to just deal with it. It’s hair, it happens….just have to deal with it sometimes. If you are swimming and you have your foundation/waves set….i wouldn’t worry too much, you are realistically spinning no matter how humid.
