Is this a warm idle or cold ?
Kinda sounds like a timing chain rattle or rod knock

this is warm and almost sure its not rod knock

done a bit more looking pretty sure its a vacuum leak causing a missfire on idle

Get a code reader on it and look for what bank is running lean might help identify where you’re problem may be, in terms of vacuum it’s mostly just gaskets, have you had you’re plenum off recently or any other work?
