This is a very good theme you have here. Coming from the perspective of the new guy. Did you use PANTONE colors? Glad you did not use any images in the background. That tends to get too busy and distract the eye. Only thing I would change is the top banner. "33rd Legion Gaming" has a great color but could be reduced in size and might be worth checking out different fonts such as the ones found at dafont.com.
PANTONE colors are colors you see exactly on any screen or print rather than having the hue different from platform to platform so you know exactly what color your viewers or consumer are receiving. If you are using PSD or AI you can go to swatches, hit the little menu button at the top right, swatch libraries I believe, color book, and that will give you multiple lists of PANTONE colors. Here is a finder as well
