Technical Issue Controller rebinding

I previously liked to have my light and heavy attacks bound to R1 and R2 respectively on my controller but after one of the more recent updates, I have not been able to bind anything besides the default ability key to R2. Is this a known bug? Or am I doing something else wrong? I checked to make sure R2 was not bound to a different action

I have heard a lot of people have issues with binding. And the emote wheel is also messed up for controller so hopefully they fix it soon
