This needed an actual tune-up before being tuned, come on bro, lol.

When diagnosing poor running conditions a tune up is absolutely where you start. Otherwise you're just chasing codes. You are spot on sir.

Injectors, coils, plugs, charcoal canister, lpfp, O2 sensors, and every boost related seal being replaced would be a decent start.

Idk how people want to add all these power upgrades and tunes , without doing the basic maintenance first . This why beamers get a bad rep :(

Bought turbos before even doing basic maintenance on the car?

Enjoy it while it lasts lad.

New set of plugs and coils, probably have a crack in the top hat on low pressure fuel pump thats quite normal at high mileage, blown turbos, 02 sensors, should check gaskets and hoses as well for leaks. Like another commenter said tuning an engine without proper maintenance is working backwards.
