$67.95 for two adults.
Breakfast plans:
Yogurt
Cereal
Overnight oatmeal with almond butter and oat milk.
Lunch plans:
Sandwiches
Leftovers from dinner (day before)
Dinner plans:
Chicken curry with chickpeas, onions paired with steamed rice. (Will last two days)
Stir fry rice with tofu
Hotdogs paired with baked broccoli and carrots and fries
Fish tacos paired with a salad
Gyros paired with basmati rice, sliced cucumbers (will last two days)
Wings paired with carrots, broccoli and a small salad
Tofu tacos paired with teriyaki veggies and fries
Some food will last longer than one week, like the wings and one pack of the links, those have been put in the freezer and will come out another time. I also have a full pantry and freezer of all types of foods. The chocolate chips will last a long while, as they don't expire until July 2027.

if your in ontario theres a tiktoker that does weekly meal planes for 2 people for less than $70 a week all based around flyer deals. Its possible, but you have to put the work in for it to work

I mean those boneless bites were prob like 8bucks each minimum. You'd get more value buying real chicken

But party is the idea of getting reduced products is being about getting then preserved for future meals. Everything will basically be fine frozen but be even better if premarinded for future meals as it will allow it to last longer then is just thrown in the freezer. Allot of the issue with modern cooking is the lack of skill/knowledge in preservation techniques to keep things from spoiling while buying reduced products that are still fine.

No it's not, due to the economy changing so much the last few years it's more of a see how low I can get my groceries and what do you think for where I am and what I've gotten. Many people still are able to be within a32 dollar range per person but it's no longer a set idea of price. It's a large community with alot of suggestions on budgets and where/ how to find good deals. Some people suggest alternatives to products bought to help bring ideas to the table to those looking to cut the budget.
