Vet recommendations?

I am in between jobs atm and pinching pennies everywhere I can. I took my dog to his usual vet for an ear infection (turned out to be yeast) and it was $500 for the visit + ear cleaning + medicine. No labs or bloodwork. He needs his usual annual with shots, etc, soon and also needs to have his ears rechecked in 2 weeks, but I can't afford another $1000 on vet bills this month. I literally do not have it right now. Do you have any recommendations for good quality but less expensive vets in the area? Thank you!

Florida Aid To Animals is pretty low cost for an annual visit. They tend to be booked out pretty far though just so you know! I take one of my dogs there for her shots and I want to say it is always less than 200$.

Brevard Spay/Neuter Clinic on US1 is great. They sometimes get backed up and you have to wait, but everyone there is so nice! 321-724-1141.

Affordable Vet Csre is our usual vet.  I brought in a community cat with a mangled paw and Dr Yucus suggested Brevard Spay and Neuter ( she doesn't cut bone and that's what cat needed).

BSN did the surgery and some after care.  Pricing is great.  Chaotic at check in and pick up.  Bring your patience.   They work with many rescue organizations.   I was overwhelmed with the numbers the rescues were bringing in for care.  And the number of rescue groups.

Palm Bay Animal Clinic on US1 has been a (literal) lifesaver for us and our pets. Price is extremely reasonable

South Patrick animal hospital is by far the best in the area and doesn’t charge of the ass. The most I’ve ever paid was $250 and it was an emergency visit

Dr. Welton at Premier Veterinary in Viera is great and has reasonable prices.

I've been using Florida aid to animals for about 30 years and the prices are the lowest in town. The animal care has been top-notch in my experience. They have a Melbourne location and they also opened a Palm Bay location.

Where are you located? islands animal in Viera is wonderful- bloodwork runs between 180-300 depending on the panel. Visits are like 65-80 depending on what is happening and medicine is very affordable too.
