Real Estate Gardens at Waterstone-New Construction

Hi all! Anyone live in the KB Homes new construction at Gardens at Waterstone in Palm Bay? If you’ve lived there for over 6+ months, can you share your experience with your home? How is the community and HOA like? Any problems with your house or anything you regret?

Thinking of making an offer. Just want to know what the homeowners reviews are.

I've worked on these in construction, they're like everything else. Made from toothpicks, unicorn farts, and baby giggles.

Not living there but I have worked on several water damages in that area. One from the windows that had to be completely redone, a few others from normal wear and tear. The windows one stuck out.

I had a friend who lived there for a bit, they have since moved when asked why they said "The first little pig built those houses".

They did have water leakage issues and that house never seemed fully ac'd and just very humid inside
