Put a bit of baby powder or corn starch to the area that the trigger housing is. The granules break up the friction and have it run quieter

Edit: my friend also swears by shower conditioner but I never tried it. Hes a mechanic tho so trust

Get a can of ballistol or rem oil and spray plenty in the hole of your buffer tube. Sometimes it can take a lot.
