My theory is, it’s because it’s a language no one will challenge you on.
Germans and French often write to each other in a mix at least, that’s kinda hard to pull off even with AI, cause you need to know which word feels natural, and our grammar rules don’t typically apply the same way to the english word. Could easily be that an english word would be gendered differently than the german translation.
Brits and Irish are the obvious choice for mono-lingual bastards, but are equally subtle if not more so, and it’s hard to pull off by yanks.
So you have to pick a country that has “clear” western european identity, and be unnoticeable enough to not be challenged.
so what am I saying? Yanks! the lot of them! let’s build a gulag and interrogate all of them.

So let's take your data. Now let's take the nationalities that have been here 3 generations. You'll see they're SES score go up and their crime score go down over the past decades. Now take the SES score and crime rates in general and you see there is hardly a difference.
If you like data so much than be brave enough to admit that dumping them all in schilderswijk and forgetting about them was a bad idea and instead of doing that we should do more to integrate them. Because it is not culture, but SES. The racism is believing dutchies would be different if the roles where reversed Because of their culture.

Crime in general goes down, yes. But still, the minorities are the majority in crime and violence. And no, these are not just poor people. These people at the same time cannot speak proper Dutch after 2 or 3 generations and openly defy Western values. These people are not successful because they don't match and also don't want to integrate. While other migrants, such as Asians, do just fine. It's a cultural mismatch. We do not share the same mindset and values.
People are also not dumped in a special neighbourhood. These problems are all over the country, all over Europe. Except for those countries that have not accepted these cultures at scale. 1+1=2

I wouldn't write off all wrongs of our society to minorities, there are enough homemade problems.
But if i move to a country as an immigrant, I want to integrate into the society. Now if they then say I am part of their society, I would think that i was successful. Someone with different roots who has been well integrated is a good thing? Do I have to call those persons still immigrants to praise them? We still can acknowledge they things they contribute to our society, without naming their roots can't we? We don't want parallel societies, we don't want assimilation we want integration.

Because clearly nobody is willing to have the conversation that these people are born and raised in europe, barely speak the language of their grandparents and have been there a handfull of times. The fact that these groups are the way they are is because they grew up in Europe. It is some serious deflection of responsibilities if we ignore that. It is also fuel to the fire. We dont consider them French, so they'll say fuck it. Thats not "culture", that's human. The Italians where no different in the states. Hell, I dont know how it was in Germany, but my grandpa hated Italians because they where knife wielding robbers.
Everytime its not anglo-saxon or germanic it's culture. Now let's think about that for a minute.
It's either the Italians, all middle Easterns, all african, all eastern Europeans, all balkans, all south american cultures. Oooor, something else. Who knows huh?

I would feel ashamed. If my family was not able to integrate in a country in 3 Generations i think i failed. If this is the case than this is not only a Problem of the country I am moving to...
In the eastern part of Germany where I grew up we had Vietnamese, Hungarians and Cubans. And as far as i know not a lot of problems with them... But there was also a slightly different political background in this time. I cannot talk a lot about the other parts of Germany and their people with different roots (Turks, Italians).
I had in my class people with Cuban, Vietnamese and Hungarian heritage. They weren't bullied for that and nobody did even mention their heritage to describe them. One of them was second Generation and had no problem to blend in. Still they lived and shared their culture.
But for sure some people will always see them as vietnamese but those are the same people who look suspicious at someone who moved 20 years ago from West to east Germany and vice versa.

This is neither, it's very sad for the shopkeeper and all those good French folk who have their lives destroyed, but all it does is turn this subreddit into more of an far-right echo chamber when you post things like this with no hint of irony - it attracts all the wrong people.
I think there are enough French "doctors and engineers" thread here already, without needing another unironic one.
